The project involves creating an interactive brand experience for UNIQLO — with the primary aim of delivering its brand philosophy across the minds of its consumers.
UNIQLO prides itself in making clothes that transcend all categories and social groups. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you live — their clothes are ‘Made For All’, going beyond age, gender, occupation, ethnicity and all the other ways that define people.
The final outcome is a dynamic wall projection that employs a grid structure, filled with a myriad of UNIQLO logos in an assortment of colours — symbolising UNIQLO’s colourful range of clothes — and set to a repetitive pattern. Upon interaction with the projection, a different screen filled with dull grey versions of the logo appears, inviting the user to select and save a colour of their preference. Everyone has differing colours as their favourite and while this reinforces UNIQLO’s brand philosophy of being a brand that is ‘Made For All’, it also creates a unique experience that has true meaning and value for the consumer.
